Design an application on Zoho considering the following situation.
Situation:
People of Kharagpur are fed up with their taxi services. There is no complaint mechanism
available for the customers to lodge complains against the cab drivers or the cab service in
general .Mr.Taxi cab services company, plans to start a customer complaint mechanism to track
the customer grievances and hence to improve on their offerings.
The customer grievance mechanism should consists of the following reuirements.
Requirements:
1) A home page explaining the portal and the services being offered.
2) Company needs the details of the customer including his name, email id & complain
details while registering the complain . After registering the customer should get an email for
registration confirmation with relevant complain number.
2)Now the customer should be able to track his application by entering his complain
number. He should be able to check the current status of his complain.
3)The customer should also have the provision for providing the feedback. After receiving the
service , he should be able to express his satisfaction level about the service he serviced .
4) The portal should have the user manual for filling the forms.
5) The portal should also show the contact details of the service provider.
